Staff: Hirata (lead guide), Akiko (support van driver), Cameron (GIT - guide in training), and Phil (sweep guide).

2008 Japan Three Island Tour: March 29th:

   Everyone arrived in Okayama!  Some flew in directly from Incheon, Korea, some took trains from various locations like Kansai and Tokyo, and some flew in from Haneda Airport in Tokyo. Bob had a bit of a hiccup, and missed a plane due to bad weather, and came in a day later than expected. (Luckily, he planned to arrive a day before the official arrival day.) We all arrived throughout the afternoon and evening. By 9:30PM, we had the group together (at least in the hotel), and the show was about to start! Some of us had a late dinner, some of us soaked in the hotel's hot springs and some were already in bed....being that we had been traveling for close to 24 hours!
